Did you know there's a real town call Metropolis? Not the place where Superman works but a small community of about 6,500 people in southern Illinois, just across the Ohio River from Kentucky. If it ever got hit by meteors we'd probably never know, but in this Superman game the Metropolis we're familiar with is just about to bit hit by meteors, well at least according to the Daily Planet. Your mission is to help Superman smash them before they hit the ground. For each missed meteor, the danger bar goes up. Be careful, some meteors are made of Kryptonite and can only be destroyed with your heat vision. To play this Superman game, use your cursor keys for movement, your SHIFT key to speed up and your space bar to use your heat vision.
